Product made from OVERLAND variety in optimal condition and maturity. The process includes an IQF freezing process and all boxes pass through a metal detector and are stored at -18° Celsius. The product is processed according to good manufacturing practices and using HACCP principles.
The product is free from any foreign material (glass, wood, plastic, metal).
The product passes through a functional metal detector with a positive rejection device.
The processed products are free of pesticide residues, periodic analyses of the raw material are carried out and the results are interpreted according to the information established at https://www.globalmrl.com/
Reception of raw material, peeling, cutting, cooking, washing, band inspection, freezing, packing, weighing, closing, identification, metal detection, stacking, and shipping. The activities to produce this product must be carried out in a clean and sanitary facility that follows Good Manufacturing Practices.

Under proper storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 2 years.
