Raspberry IQF

Product made from Raspberry variety Vannessa Sumif, Erika in optimal conditions and maturity. The process includes an IQF freezing process and all boxes pass through a metal detector and are stored at -18° Celsius. The product is processed according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and using HACCP principles.
The product is free from any foreign material (glass, wood, plastic, metal).
The product passes through a functional metal detector with a positive rejection device.
Reception of raw material, preservation (optional), piecework, washing, inspection, covering, freezing, packing, weighing, closing, identification, metal detection, stacking, and shipping. The activities to produce this product must be carried out in a clean and sanitary facility that follows Good Manufacturing Practices.
Blue food-grade bag, gauge 275, in a self-assembling cardboard box or closed with blue adhesive tape.
Under proper storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 2 years.
