Product made from carrots in optimal condition and maturity. The process includes IQF freezing, and all boxes pass through a metal detector and blancher. Stored at -18º Celsius. The product is processed according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and using HACCP principles.

The product is free of any foreign materials (glass, wood, plastic, metal).

The product passes through a functional metal detector with a positive rejection device.

Processed products are free of pesticide residues. Periodic analysis of raw material is performed, and results are interpreted according to the information established at https://www.globalmrl.com/

Reception of raw material, preservation (optional), piecework, washing, inspection, covering, freezing, packing, weighing, sealing, labeling, metal detection, stacking, and shipping.

All activities to produce this product must be carried out in a clean and sanitary facility that complies with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Blue food-grade bag, gauge 275, inside a self-assembling cardboard box or sealed with blue adhesive tape.

Under proper storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 2 years.
