Product made from strawberries in optimal condition and maturity. The process includes IQF freezing, metal detection, and storage at -18°C. It is processed under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles.
The product is free of foreign materials (glass, wood, plastic, metal) and passes through a functional metal detector with positive rejection.
Reception of raw material, inspection, washing, grinding, packing, weighing, sealing, labeling, metal detection, stacking, and shipping. All operations are carried out in clean and sanitary facilities that comply with GMP.
Blue food-grade bag, gauge 275, placed in a self-assembling tray.
Under proper storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 2 years.
